I just purchased a Rand 710. I work mainly in the oilfields of North Dakota and Canada. So far I like what I have. My only complaint is I would like to have the capability to put in my own waypoints. My Garmin handheld does a fine job but does not have all the other truck data I need for dailey driving. All the other bases are covered with the 710. I had a problem with the power hookup on my first 710 and was promptly sent a second free of charge. Put in a program for the user to ad waypoints and you would have as close to a perfict machine as you could get. Thank you X-logger

Yea, I don't have the time nor the energy to write for free as well as I am now forced to turn off my mobile internet service as this site was the reason I was paying for that. What a shame. I enjoyed your posts Travis even if I was too busy to formulate comments on them. I as well don't see this continuing without quality work so it is a shame that corporate America had to kill something that had so much potential. I started another blog at blogger but without mobile internet I doubt I will be on there much. Look for me at Oppinionatedracing.blogspot... when I get time to be on there at home. To my readers, most of which I had no idea they were there, I'll miss you, however many of your that there were?

On my own opinion, I think its true that everyone tries to escape the cold if they get a chance. I really want to feel the hot sun all over my body. I think that it would be a great experience that too much cold.

Life on the Road readers, due to the changes Lindsay mentioned, this is probably the end of my time at this website. For now, I can be found on Facebook at travisatlifeontheroad, and on the Amazon Kindle platform. I have really enjoyed the time spent with all of you, and I hope you have gotten something out of that shared time.
